Kidokinetics is an exciting and unique program developed to promote sports and fitness to young boys and girls in a non-competitive setting. Our fun-filled classes include activities that develop motor skills, promote physical fitness and improve self-confidence. Classes introduce different sport activities each week keeping kids interested and practicing skills that build sports enjoyment and competence.

Our trained coaches provide excellent leadership to ensure a fun and rewarding experience each week using techniques endorsed by the National Association of Sports and Physical Education. Our mission is to build a life-long love of physical activity introducing fun with over twenty-two different sports and sports activities.

The class must have a minimum of 10 and a maximum of 15 students enrolled.
Fee: $175 (registration after Dec 31st $195)- PACK A LUNCH. No pro-rating or refunds for unattended classes.
