Come join Mrs. LeCates for a twelve week global extravaganza. Included in each session will be culinary sampling and cooking, music, storytelling and visual arts. Children will be cooking a luncheon feast that will include regional cuisine. While dining, we will listen to indigenous music, stories and view visual imagery from the country we are studying. Afterwards, we will translate design elements into art works that will be taken home at completion (each culture will be covered in two week increments which will allow for more relaxed, meaningful experience for the children and encourage in depth exploration of the themes). So, if you are up for an adventure, put on your traveling shoes, grab your passport and join Mrs. LeCates…..we are really going places !
